Do you have any plans for New Years Eve and/or New Years day? Will those plans make it difficult to stay on track with your healthy eating?
***no plans at this point...i want to go out to dinner to my favorite mexican place but i will have to be very disciplined to not over eat... havent decided if i want to tempt myself in that way yet..or if i will feel strong enough...
What about exercise? Will your plans cut into your exercise time, or will you be dancing the night away? ;o)

weighed in at ww today and lost 1.8 - want to keep the loss going...and exercise and eating healthy are the only way to do it!
