Has anyone else gotten this one? I got it yesterday & did the 4 fast miles this morning. Let me tell you it is a workout & a half. Everyone is sweating in this one. When you are done with the 2mile mark she gives a quick water break. The music is awesome too. I think I am doing the 10 days challenge. She says to do the 4 miles for 10 days in a row & you will walk off a meal a day. I believe it with the speed & amount I sweat with this one!!! She has a meal plan for you to follow but I will do my WW & do the 4 miles.

hi debbie - i do not have this but it sounds really great -
1) do they change clothes and freshen up in between the miles?
2)do oyu buy it as a set or individually?
3) is it 4 miles straight and how long does it take to do the 4 miles -
4) any boosters (belt, stretchie, weights?
5) did you get it online or at a store?
6) is it her newest one or is it an older one?

Ok, to answer your questions
1) do they change clothes and freshen up in between the miles? No, they don't. During the 4 mile one I did they were dressed the same the entire time. It's continuous movement except for the water break. They have towels & water bottles nearby to drink & wipe themselves. They sweat in this one.
2)do oyu buy it as a set or individually? It's a set. It has is 4 DVDs. In FAST START you have 1 dvd that has the 1 & 2 mile & then you have 1 DVD that is a 3 mile fast walk. Then there is the 4 FAST MILES Dvd & then Firming Fast DVD which is just Leslie doing toning work with the stretchie band (comes included in the case with that DVD). You also get an eating plan for the 10 day challenge.
3) is it 4 miles straight and how long does it take to do the 4 miles -? Yes, it's 4 miles straight except for the water break. Approx running time is 50min. It counts down the time for you periodically & the mile you just finished flashes on the screen. This one does interval training. You walk at a fast clip then the intervals takes you into jogging if you want to do that or you can do low impact by walking fast. She has 2 people do the low impact.
4) any boosters (belt, stretchie, weights? The 1, 2, 3 & 4 mile don't use boosters. Believe me with how fast you are moving you don't need them. The Firming Fast is the only one that uses the stretchie.
5) did you get it online or at a store? It just came out. I got an email because I had subscribed to her newsletter off her site. It's not available in stores at this time. I just got a 12wk free membership with the 5 mile dvd so I can't use this one :(
6) is it her newest one or is it an older one? It's her newest one. She has her niece & daughter walking with her in the 4 mile one

Jackie you are going to LOVE IT! Some of the songs I remember are "A New Attitude", "I Feel Good", "Everybody".. Music that makes you want to MOVE!
