I know it's hard to find the time! Especially w/ a brand new little one. I HAVE to exercise in the morning, I don't wake up super early to do it, but after the older 4 get on the bus and I have just Ben (2 1/2)
My older boy is good when I exercise.
Hey Sarah! I agree, it is so hard, especially with kids around! When I was still working full time, I either got up super early or waited til DH got home. When my kids are at school, I drop them off at 7am, then work out as soon as I get back, I personally HAVE to do it in the morning, or I have a million excuses not to! When they are home, it is more challenging, but I think they have seen me doing it for so long now, that they are used to it & know that it is mommy time, at least for 45 minutes or so :) Both of my kids also will join in, especially with the stretching!!
I think it is great that you are working on fitting it in, sounds like we are all in the same boat where that is considered!! Especially great with such a little one :)
How about if you do like 1 or 2 miles in the am, then 1 or 2 more in the afternoon or evening? Leslie says that alot in her DVD's!
Sarah - I have to squeeze it in to. As a single, work outside of home mom I find myself juggling too.
I usually split my workouts in to 30-45 minute sessions. Three times a week I do my "two-a-days" where I'll do an early
