Just try my best to eat healthier and walk everyday even if it is a short walk. I am so tired of beating myself up about it. I am looking at this differently now and trying a better lifestyle instead of the four letter word - DIET! LOL Thanks to all of you for helping me through all my challenges. I really appreciate you all!!
