Sleepovers OK?

I've been dating a guy for a couple of months and he seems like a genuine, caring person. We live some distance apart and two or three times, I've opted to go back to his place after an evening date and spend the night rather than drive home. We haven't had sex yet (and don't plan to for a little while); also we don't share a bed. I'm comfortable with doing this be/c I don't like to be on the road late, and don't want him to be either. But from a dating standpoint, is this a good idea? We both had serious relationships in the past that didn't work out, and I think we're just happy to have found each other and have fun together. It's like we don't want our time together to end. Still, am I seeming too available by spending the night once in a while?

That sounds ok but my question is why doesn't he ever opt to spend the night at your place?
