Thank you all for your kind words.
I was so upset this morning I guess I left out a lot of details. She is my boss and my grandma in law owns the company, she is just as bad as MIL. at work I am treated like a piece of dirt..I also left out a lot about what she does with my daughter.. while watching her I found that she had covered her face so she would fall asleep, she wont change her diaper, when my daughter was a couple months old she left her on her living room floor while she went outside to sunbathe. I have been told that when I am not around she will tell my daughter bad things about me, I don't care if my daughter can understand it, I don't want her hearing bad things about me.
I will get another job as soon as I can. But I have learned recently that I am pregnant with my second child and I don't think I can start a new job while being pregnant. I am scared to think what will happen during this pregnancy.
With my first daughter I had to have an emergency C-section, this was on a Saturday and they expected me to go back to work on Monday!! Ok sure I will have major surgery and go back to work 2 days later!! And they were actually mad when I didn't come to the office that Monday!
Now that Christmas is coming we have decided not go go to her house, and this has now caused more drama. I don't see why it is such a problem that I want to start my own family traditions.. I am sure alot of you are having the same problems..
Ok, I think thats enough ranting for today. Thank you all fro reading this and for all your kind words.

The stress could also make you lose your baby or cause other difficulties. Personally, I would quit. Nothing is worth losing your child, your health or your dignity. This situation goes beyond your regular old MIL annoyances. This is unacceptable behavior on their parts. You deserve respect. Keep your child away from them. Be sure to document the abuse your child has suffered on their time. Yes, leaving a child in a dirty or wet diaper is abuse.
www.wahm.com has some good ideas for working from home. Go to the message board and click on "Telecommuting Moms".
I'd suggest looking for a new job anyway. You do not have to mention that you are pregnant. Good luck! And, happy holidays!
