Hey, what happened at the Atkins Chat last night, no one was there?
so I had to go over to the one at Diet and Fitness. Was everyone over there? I haven't been around here since the beginning of November so things have changed quite a bit here. I only recognize a very few names now.
Hi, my name is Judy, I was on Atkins since 5-99 until 11-99. I only lost 5 pounds BUT I only have 15 or 20 to lose and am in the beginning of Menopause, so I'm told these are big hurdles for some people and I just happen to be one of them, some luck huh? One thing I can tell you all especially the people that are just starting or thinking about it, is that, I've never felt better than while on this WOE. Its the easiest plan to be on. If done properly you are never very hungry and there are no cravings at all. While on this I never had that stuffed feeling. I never retained water-which I thought was a BIG plus. And any aches and pains that I had went away. I'm 47 and was starting to feel some aches especially in my knees when I got up from sitting too long. While on this diet they simply disappeared and now since I've been off since December its all come back. So, hopefully I'll be able to get back on the bandwagon like the rest of you (that have been here for awhile and successful) and even if I don't lose weight I feel much better and DID"NT gain any.
Nice to meet you all and good luck to everyone!
