I am so steaming at the moment that I am shaking. I assure you all that it will pass as it did a bit after everything else that collossal AHL did. I was doing a search on the internet for his name. Hey you never know right? Well I really DIDN'T know. Because there it was, a reference to his name for a CA firm. It was under a list of contractors working for this firm and their descriptions. No doubt that it was him because it was too precise. He is working for this Cali firm now. I immediately sent the web reference to the lawyer. The reasons that this makes me steam:
1. He stole all the investments which I had contributed to (some unknowingly) as well as pocketed his pay check for the last two years and then cried he didn't have employment and deserved it to start his life again. He also left me with ALL the debt, some 70K worth.
2. He sent an appeal for child support crying he was too poor and had no job and never would because I prevented him from working (huh? using my secret super power unemployment laser eyes?) He continues this appeal and says he will pay nothing because of poorness.
3. He refuses to give any contact address (particularly avoiding any reference to what COUNTRY he lives in) and has neglected to continue further contact with son. He has disappeared off the face of the earth, or so he thinks.
4. He refused the court order to pay me back money he stole from my paycheck (mortgage payment) in February.
5. He was banned from my place of work, but now uses that same work in his description of himself. He said he has 'extensive experience' because of working for them. What a contradiction after hearing him say things like 'I would have no problem taking a gun out on that place and killing randomly' because he hated everyone there so much.
Well, I guess I should see the positive in this. I know where he is and how to get him. CA I think has very strict laws regarding arrears. And if none of that works, I can send all of the court documents to their governor (Arnold) with a plea for help, and don't even have to translate them. Ok, well I don't know if I would want to take that route, but it was amusing and ironic to consider it. It really IS funny when you think about it.

Well, alrighty then, Super Girl Detective!
