I know ita busive but is it abuse?
I have gotten over 130 phone calls in the last 2days at home. Messages ranging from nice to nasty. all hours of the day.
He has called my job leaving messages on the voice mail to the principla that she should know what kind of people she has working for her , that i am a whore that is sleeping around, in debt and a liar. He has left messages pertending to be bill collectors calling leaving messages for me a from numerous companies.
We have a morality contract at school and even though none of it is true, I fear for my job at this point.
While I was typing this he left another message telling me he has let everyone know where my new house is, including all of the bill collectors that have not been paid due to him not giving me a dime and me being on bed rest for so long.
Help I can not deal withthis srtess

He is at the moment in a city about 80 miles away. Will the police let me file for an emergency order? You usually have to go to the orphan court that is about 30 miles away during court hours.
I have about 90 of the messages saved and he also left one on my sons vm saying we were all dead.
The police have not been helpful up to this point
Then take it from a new angle. Your H left a msg on your son's cell that was threatening. So now he's threatening the lives of his children. Take it from all angles. Have it all on paper written out. Have all your ducks in a row. Your H will continue to try to control you, to find out what he can say or do to get you to do what he wants you to. You can do this. The RO will help you. If he breaks it, he's in contempt. After the 2nd contempt charge I believe he'd be dealing with felony. That's how it is in PA anyway. Take it from a new angle.
I'll be thinking about you and hoping you post soon telling us all that you're safe and your kids are safe. :)

I got a RO with a cell phone message. Here's how-I took the message and recorded it onto a tape recorder, like the little ones people use for college. I then wrote on the request for the RO word for word what he said. I would also document the other phone calls and messages dates and times on the report. Also request to include your workplace, children's schools, daycare and your home in where he cannot be. Give a copy to your school, children's schools, daycare and make all of your neighbors aware of what's going on. With a RO and knowledge that he is off his rocker your employer should understand ie get that if they fire you, you will sue the pants off them and get off your back. If he breaks it, which he probably will, enforce it to the max and press charges both civil and criminal.
Hope this helps,
Jennifer
