In Frank Herbert's "DUNE" sci-fi book series, he has a piece that is very relevant and that could be very valuable to people in our situation. It's called the "Litany Against Fear."

Wikipedia has this to say, including the text of the "Litany Against Fear" --
=====
The Litany against fear is a fictional incantation spoken by characters in Frank Herbert's Dune and sequels in order to focus their minds in times of peril. The litany is as follows:

"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain."
=====

Been there, in that place? I have, and let me tell you, this works. Tho I replace the "must" in the first line, to "will," because that reinforces that it's not something I *should* do, it's something that I *choose* to do. Go ahead sport, bring it: Only I will remain.

See if helps you! Funny where resources and support can pop-up, eh?

Thank you for the inspiring words. It's amazing how paralyzing fear is. I hope one day we can all do as those words say: Face our fears and let them pass through us.

I'm trying, a little bit every day.
