I can't stand him - money games

First of all my EX makes between 200,000 to 300,000 a year. There is pretty much no debt. I have no access to anything on the computer. None. No access to the accounts. My name is not on the house. I could go on and on. Now when he sees I am serious about getting my own house the games that are going on are ridiculous!!!! He is carrying around wads of cash - I guess he is afraid for legal reasons he doesn't want it documented what he has. He tells me there is no money for me to have my own house. At the same time he is buying big screen TVs for Christmas presents and talking about buying more stock and talking about exotic trips, renting unneccesary apartments, etc. etc. To tell me there is no money - when he is carrying large stashes of cash - I can't stand him. I really can't stand him. I told him I wanted the deed to the house before I would come for the holidays and of course No deed - big surprise. (It is actually better for both names to be on the house for reselling anyway - so this is not some move planned by me to get more money).

And of course nothing was clean in the house for my daughter - the dishes have not been done since I left piled so high you can't turn on the sink. Eats in the bathroom and leaves the containers on the toliet. Clothes all over the floor. I can't stand him. I know I will be going back to my new place soon - after the holidays - but I tell you I don't want to ever have to do this again.

Same here. All in his name, all locked up in safes I can't get into. Family documents in his possesion. He asked DD to borrow $ for gas cause "I don't want to put anything on the CC" Bull, he has savings and could easily transfer money, unless he closed it out before filing. Whatever they can do huh?
