is it true that men are born liars...my friend and I are discussing men and cannot help but to wonder if its in they're genetic makeup to be liars......

This MALE thinks that there are no "genetic" make-up that makes one a liar. It is a learned skill taught by mothers and fathers to their children........besides, women lie to others to participate in affairs, too, don't they?

Gender makes no difference, people aren't BORN liars...it's something we all learn to do. Be it a little white lie or something major to cover our butts!

I think that the reason we *females* think that men lie more then women...is only because more men get caught in their lies....JMO

We all lie, men, women and children! It's part of being human I think. No one is perfect. However, there are enormous lies (No, Officer, I did not kill that woman) and smaller, acceptable lies (Thank you so much for the lovely gift -- even though you really hate it and are going to donate it to the Salvation Army.)

Also, it's usually easy to think of other people's lies as somehow being worse than our own, you know?
