Sounds like you have a wonderful support system of friends. I hope they encourage you avoid xAP in any situations that are in your control and avoid any further contact with him.

Telling your H is a personal decision and should only be done if you think it will help your M. There is a thread that is under the Married OW or OM Issues section called “Possible to recover without a D-day?” There are a lot of different posters on the thread that give a lot of response to the topic. If you are interested It is on the second page of the Married OW or OM Issues section in case the link does not work.

Hope it helps.

Whether you think you can or you think you can’t you are probably right.

ajay~

I completely agree with ilost~ re telling your H, but I think we may be we few between on that one! I just personally believe that we owe our partners the complete truth, and yes indeed it can strengthen the M (it has mine already). It can feel like h*ll on earth at the time, but in the long run it means you have the opportunity to continue the rest of your M as an open book...not only for your H but yourself as well.

You are doing an awesome job already ajay~, keep your resolve and spend as much time with your family as you possibly can. Will be thinking of you.

Be Strong xx
