Energy and focus

Hello folks,
So as I think I mentioned in another thread/post - what is one to do with excess energy? Or perhaps I should say, energy that was always there but is now freed up because it's not all tied up in the A/xAP. Back with the first ending when I was shocked/devastated (because I was still trying to crawl out of the fog) I had no energy. Zero. I couldn't sleep enough and when I was awake it was hard to get anything done. It's still hard to get things done even now, but it isn't because of a lack of energy...I feel like I have a lot of it, it's focusing it that's been a problem.
I think part of it is now I'm finally seeing all the stuff that passed me by, the things I'm behind on and 'need to get done'...so the energy is there, but it all seems so overwhelming at the same time.
Anyone else experience(ing) this? Any ideas?

Hey WC,
I know what you mean about the excess time and energy.
Hi W,
(Can I call you W for short?)
Haven’t seen you around a lot lately but then again my posting has been spotty at best lately.
Just as we approach getting through NC in small increments in the beginning, one moment at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time and so on; I believe that is how to approach
Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.
CSN - I'm in school, actually! I'm a PhD student, so there is lots I *should* be doing, it's trying to get my focus back on my studies that can be/is difficult.
Thank you E1, and W for short is just fine by me :)
I hadn't been around for awhile, but there's a post floating around here somewhere about what happened (entitled something alone the lines of 'word to the wise')an update/where I'd been.
Anyway! I think you're right on the 'bit at a time' (just like everything else A related), the line about how it took my/our life a long time to get 'here' and logically it will take awhile to get 'out' of here...that makes total sense and really stuck with me.
I'm so glad to be out of the 'raw grief' stage and that I have energy and can start doing things...but because so much got put on the back-burner, the 'what to do first' can be overwhelming! Again though, I think your 'one thing at a time' approach will help deal with that.
Thank you again!
