What was YOUR A barometer?

Hi Peeps
! week after meeting xAP, i started a spreadsheet (OK OK NC is a number cruncher NNOOOO not an accountant)
What i hear you ask was the spreadsheet on??

Congrats on your weight lose. Could it be because during NC we have more time to take care of ourselves and stroke our own ego instead if taking care of A and stroking his ego.
I do believe I have lost a bit because I am actually going to the gym instead of using it as an excuse to see exAP.
NC,
you're so cute. could you convert all of those kg measurements to lbs, and then re-post?
just kidding. i get what you're saying. weight loss, almost metahporically, because a weight has been removed from you. you're not carrying as much.
good for you and keep it up!
I was giggling about this too. I remember in grade school in the 70's being told I had to learn the metric system. Never did pan out over here did it?! I only know how far 10K is when I have to run in them :)
Exi - you are so right, I've thought many times how much lighter I feel without the extra 250 lbs I was carrying around - which for my little 5' 1" frame was quite a bit ;-)

I lost a full 190lbs when I dropped XMM and that instant weight loss was scarey but man, I got used to it pretty darn quickly.
As for Hotel Tweenervill..it has a walking trail....and a very nice one that winds through some very peaceful settings. I like to sit on the park bench overlooking the Lake Crystal Clear. The path also winds past the Rest in Pieces Cemetary where all the bad parts of who and what we once were are now burried. After that it curves over towards Renew Me Park where for some reason, the sun always shines, the flowers are always in bloom and its a constant 72 degrees.
And as for the nutritional and dietary menu at Hotel Tweenerville, the Vets have put toghether a

That's exactly how I felt when I lost the 250! Seriously, I maintained by 105-110 lbs frame the entire 7.5 years during the A. XAP, on the other hand, weighed 205 when we got involved. Just another example of turning my head to what is acceptable. I don't mean to sound shallow, but I do feel that mind, body and soul are all connected. I worked my buns off (literally - ha) to look good for him. Now it's for me :)
I can't wait to get to Tweenerville. You have described it perfectly. We'll go on a long walk on the trail when I get there. In addition to the sun always shining, I bet there is never any fog either! :)
My darts are nicely sharpened too (insert evil laugh here)
