Hi everyone.......I joined then disappeared..........

my Dad was killed in a devastating car wreck, and I have been at my Mom's house for the past several weeks, so I don't know if anyone remembers me. I did great with the WOE while my Dad was still alive in the trauma ICU, but after his passing, I reverted back to my emotional eating as a way of coping. So, I guess I am starting over. Wish me luck. Beth
