It really is a crappy ad isn't it?

It just runs on-and-on...running...and running...it's a real runner of an ad.

I don't think we should poo-poo its marketing ploy of "hate us so you will buy us".

Just when you think it is done, it hits you again...like a punch in the gut and you have to go find relief.

I have to agree with you......BOYCOTT IMODIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just installed the AdBlock Plus software. It does exactly what it claims. The ads are gone. You will have to do one thing to the software to make it get rid of ALL the Imodium ads. Each time the ad loads, it uses a unique image name so that it can track who opens it. If you leave the name as is, you will not block anything, since it will never give you the exact same ad name again. In order to block all instances of the ad, you have to modify the rule and change it from http://speed.pointroll.com/PointRoll/Media/banners/EmbedFlash1.swf?PRAd=1059977&.... (it goes on forever!) to http://speed.pointroll.com/* The asterisk tells it to block all ads for Imodium, no matter how they modify it.

The install is for FireFox only.
