As I train for my triathlon (and lose the rest of my baby weight), I fantasize about going dancing in a tight, curve-loving red dress with a slit up to my ass as a responsive, seductive, athletic man takes me dancing!

Hey, I am training to run a marathon. I am planning on running a half marathon next month...I love red dressed and dirty dancing.....

It is nice both the training for a triathlon and the dance.
Sounds like you have a well thought out plan.Keep up the training.I get up at 5am during the week and run.Sometimes I just want to stay in bed and sleep.
I get up at 5 and either swim or take a cycling class and I run in the evenings. I just ran my first 6-miler. I am so pleased that I was able to push myself to do it. This is the first time I have run far enough to hit and get past the fabled "wall" that I've heard so much about. I felt my body pulling fat from every corner. I also take yoga and pilates when I can.
The red dress will have a cute bodice that pushes up my boobs and glides over my waist and hips. It will either have spaghetti straps or cute ruffled cap sleeves. The skirt will hug my bum then gracefully glide to the floor with a slight flare and the long slit to show off just enough of my legs to make things interesting.
I have yet to find that wall.
You're so right about running being largely a mental exercise. So far, I have been running on a track at the high school by my house. That way, I can keep track of exactly how far I run. I may venture to other trails as I get more miles in, but I'm happy with what I'm doing for now. I count each lap as a month of the year and do 2 "years" worth of running. I try to stay mindful of my body and repeat the affirmation, "long, lean, and powerful" as I run.
I don't know about slow dancing. It would have to be under the right conditions...with someone I had built up a lot of trust with. As of right now, the way I imagine it, there would be a lot of movement and aerobic activity with a few times that he pulled me in close as our hearts were pounding and perspiration lightly graced our bodies. We would get just close enough to where we would be tempted to kiss before we pushed off from each other again. I would likely be reeling from the building desire, and that would make the dancing that much more enjoyable.
I also imagine the back of the dress to go down very very low so I could show off my long, lean, muscular back.
I went to go see one of my favorite bands perform Friday night... and this one gal there had ALL of our attention... she had on this lovely black dress... and she was gathering up the hem and pulling it up and exposing her legs... and she would get so carried away dancing that one of the straps would slip off of her shoulder and she would let it go until her breast was almost exposed... and then she would gather it back...
