Can someone ease my fears a bit?

The man I am currently seeing really likes doggie style. The only problem is, the one time I had sex in this position my vagina made a noise when my partner pulled out. It wouldn't have been a big deal at all if my partner (who was my husband) hadn't made such a big deal out of it. But now I'm afraid that it really is a big deal and a turn off. Can I have some other point of views on this subject because I would really like to please the guy I am seeing and to see if I enjoy it at all (after what happened the last time I honestly cannot remember because it was ruined by what happened afterwards).

Sounds like your EX was very immature and inexperienced since this (cuifs) happens to every woman at some time and in some position. And most often in the doggy position!
Air is pushed into the vagina and it has to come out again. Most men are aware enough to realize this and ease the embarrassment the 1st time it happens by ignoring it or laughing it off WITH his partner. Doesn't sound as if your ex gave you such consideration. I'm sorry about that but odds are that THIS partner is more aware since he enjoys this position and will help YOU to enjoy it again, as well.
Don't let this negative experience ruin it for you though.

The air is just a queef, it happens to every women (at least all the women I know). It has happened to me more times than I can count, and my Ex and I used to right it off to damn good sex. During sex, it happenes as a result of things like lots of lube (juice whatever), and if he enters and exits, usually the faster he goes, the more air can build up. I don't know of any ways to prevent it. If he teased meanly about it, you didn't need him anyway.
Just feel secure in the knowledge that it's perfectly normal, and happens to lots of women.
Hi
Like Katmandoo2001 said air is pushed in and needs to come out. If it becomes a problem you can tell your partner to not pull out completely during sex. When he does air sometimes gets pushed in on re-entry. It can happen in any position. Most guys know this and its know big deal.
