I have a few times. Good and bad. Good in that totally enjoyable; bad in that it's like having a Pop Tart for dinner instead of a regular meal -- just not all that filling. It's inevitable, at least in my case, that you ending _liking_ the person a bit (i.e., not just lusting) and it feels wierd to then walk away and say, OK, great, see ya latah ...

Yep, that's exactly what happened with one a one nighter that I had. We didn't want to say good-bye - we were already so comfortable together. So we had sex again. And again. And 12 years later we're still together, have a family and are still very much in love.

I am curious about one thing: if you end up liking the girl, why do you walk away? Why not ask her on a date instead?

I had several one nighters in my single days. The first one occurred about 1 week after my GF of 5 yrs broke off our relationship for good. To me, it was a huge step in moving on with my life.
