Had sex for the first time...

I had sex (for the first time ever) with my boyfriend the other night, and I had the most overwhelming urge to pee everytime he would push his penis in me. It was so overwhelming that I could not concentrate on him, and I did not enjoy it. I know it is supposed to be painful the first time, but that went away, all I could think about was peeing. What could this be?

Well, it really shouldn't be painful.....unless you're not aroused and/or well lubricated, but it doesn't sound like it was too bad, if it "went away" while you were still at it.

The feeling of needing to urinate is a normal feeling during sex, particularly during intercourse. It's because the urethra is in the middle of your vulva, and all the muscles in that area are in spasm.....and you get that feeling, but you are NOT going to urinate! Sometimes it happens before you have an orgasm or before you ejaculate, since the female ejaculate comes from the urethra.

You should empty your bladder before sex, then you'll know you're not going to urinate, it's just a "feeling" you get. EVERYONE gets it.

is it just me or does it seem like having sex with a semi-full bladder tends to increase pleausre?? There have been several occasions where I havent had a chance to use the restroom before sex and it seems intercourse was much more pleasurable during those times.
