Comfortable with your sexuality?
| Sun, 02-18-2007 - 9:00pm |
I've heard many of women my age (30-something) say that they are more comfortable in their sexuality in their 30's than they were in their 20's. What makes you comfortable in your sexuality? Is it simply a case of knowing what you want? I think I'm just starting to come into my own, with respect to sexuality, but wouldn't consider myself to be overtly sexual. Any ideas?

Some women never become more comfortable with sex.....others are comfortable in their teens or twenties. It depends on the woman, her own self-worth and self-respect, what kind of partner they have, etc.
I think in "general" as women get older, among other things, they realize that all the insecurities they had about themselves were ridiculous. Young women tend to worry about everything from "am I doing it right, am I pleasing him, does he hate my small breasts, does he think I'm fat".....and all that nonsense means absolutely nothing at all if you're in a good relationship. When women can get past that, they realize it's all about pleasure, not about judging or being judged.
