Putting pressure on your relationship, or having added stress, can cause problems with ED (erectile dysfunction) in itself. You're 36, you have a child, and your parents need to realize that you are an adult able to make your own decisions.
I'm in a May-Dec relationship myself. We have 10 years between ourselves, and I know when we met, DH had a bit of guilt thinking he was "robbing the cradle". He was 37 and I was 27, so the situation was a bit different than yours, but I'm sure part of the reason why your guy is obsessing over the age of the people in the video has to do with his own guilty feelings. If you weren't hiding your relationship, that would go a long way to help him realize that you are BOTH adults, and there is no need for guilty feelings.
I wonder how much time he's spending watching this video and/or masturbating. Frequent masturbation can affect his performance when the two of you are together. If he has ED, he should talk with a doctor. There's nothing wrong with taking Viagra, and perhaps that will make him feel confident, but he should only use such medication on the advice of his doctor.

If he play's the video again and problems start, you can take it out and throw it in the trash.
