After much discussion between us,we decided that since we each have a personal goal to help us be healthier and SEXIER

I want to lose 20 pounds! I am in no big hurry to do it either! I would like to start looking better in a month and for me 5 pounds would be a lot better!
I did have a little bit of apple crisp that was in the fridge but someone had to eat it before I decided to go for it in the middle of the night. I haven't had anything to eat since supper and that is a really big deal! I think I can get by with water since I'm considering turning in early due to a headache.
I bet I can reach my goal first!

My weight is good, well maybe 3 or 4 pounds off would be ok, LOL...being really short every pound shows.

Did you go to the Tickerfactory? Once you get it to look like you want, copy the SECOND set of descriptions and put it your board settings as you do with other things. I had to play around with mine for awhile to get it right and it still doesn;t show up when I preview it but when I post it shows. I have VIsta (eeekss) so it is a persnicky problem with posting siggies. Do a few test posts, we won't mind. Actually I am going to set up a thread for a place to test tickers.
