I want to lose 20 pounds! I am in no big hurry to do it either! I would like to start looking better in a month and for me 5 pounds would be a lot better!


I did have a little bit of apple crisp that was in the fridge but someone had to eat it before I decided to go for it in the middle of the night. I haven't had anything to eat since supper and that is a really big deal! I think I can get by with water since I'm considering turning in early due to a headache.


I bet I can reach my goal first!

My goal might be a little longer term than some of the others. I have a date circled on the calendar next July when DS and I want to do a 300 mile week long bike trip together. When I start training for it at the beginning of April, I want to hit the ground running and focus on building up mileage and endurance in the saddle without also needing to drop weight and improve aerobic fitness at the same time. I already do weight work regularly, but between now and the first week of April I want to drop 20 lbs and reduce the time it takes my heart rate to recover following heavy exercise to under a minute.

My weight is good, well maybe 3 or 4 pounds off would be ok, LOL...being really short every pound shows.


My real goal is to be more consistant with my exercise and get my butt up off the floor, literally! My goal is 3 or more days a week at the gym. I set my ticker up so it is

I'm planning to have a lot of fun with my goal of loosing 20 pounds and firming up. I'm going to concentrate on firming up my thighs and my chest muscles. (Hopefully my boobs will pull back into the proper zip code!) I figure both of these will be a lot of fun working on at the gym .... and will help me keep my mind on sex!

Did you go to the Tickerfactory? Once you get it to look like you want, copy the SECOND set of descriptions and put it your board settings as you do with other things. I had to play around with mine for awhile to get it right and it still doesn;t show up when I preview it but when I post it shows. I have VIsta (eeekss) so it is a persnicky problem with posting siggies. Do a few test posts, we won't mind. Actually I am going to set up a thread for a place to test tickers.
