lol... If I do all these, I'll never get anything else done! Are these on top of what we already do? I'll try doing a few of them. And I do drink way more than 64 ounces...
These aren't necessarily in place of what you already do. If you don't do anything yet this is kind of a suggestion. Things like the bathroom aerobics and stuff you can do at work.

yes a little moving is easy. Your right I can do most of these at work. which is better. Since I dont have that much time at home. But drinking all that water (which I drink regularly anyway) makes it difficult knowing 25 push ups are to be done before leaving.... LOL thats a lot of push ups to do in one day....
Yes. but every other time might be okay. Im not sure trying to these things all week at work would be easy though. something I have to keep in mind. But thanks for the challenge and i will have to figure a way to do at least half of them at least im not sooo tired at work today, like i usually am. yea.

I'm glad to see your up for the challenge! If you can't do them all, that's okay too. A little moving is definitely better than none at all!
If you can't do 25 pushups then just try for 10.
