Hi everyone,

I've decided that I really have to do SOMETHING to help myself lose weight.

Hi Erin, Welcome! I am new to this board too, I've only been here a couple of weeks. I joined WW two weeks ago tomorrow. Good for you already losing all of your baby weight. am still working on it and I don't know if I'll be finished by 6 months:)

My ds Luke was born 4/14 and I am using 10 points extra per day because I am nursing. I lost 3.6 lbs my first week, but I expect it to taper off to about 1 lb per week anytime. I weighed in at 160 also and with nursing points, I get 32 points per day plus 35 flex points (I think they call them) to use any time during the week.

FYI: Your son Jacob was born on my birthday:)

Good for you wanting to be even better.

Erin, try eating a little more and make sure you're getting plenty of water & good foods (I've heard oatmeal is good for milk production).

Hi Erin,
I saw your post about stressing and working and pumping. It is hard to fit it all in, isn't it? Some women have gallons in freezer stash but I just figured out how to pump and get enough to freeze while working too. Sorry your job is having longer hours.

Have you visited the working and pumping board? http://messageboards.ivillage.com/iv-ppworkpump They are great support. They have helped me to W&P for 2 months with no supplementation. (DS is 4 months and we haven't supplemented while working at all. Without that board, we would have supplemented though. I'm not against formula, it's just easier for *me* to do bf only and not both.)

Good luck, and hang in there. Life does get easier:)

Thanks for the advice....had your supply dwindled and then came back, or it stayed good??
