What do you like best about Flex? the ability to not have to eat differently from my family.

What do you like best about Flex? I like the flexibility. I never do well when I have to eat certain foods. With the flex program I can eat what I want within reason and still not feel deprived.

What do you like best about Flex? I love that I can eat whatever foods that I want to, and it really helps me with portion control.

What do you like best about Flex? The fact that I can technically eat what I want, nothing is off limits as long as I count the points. Nothing sets me up for failure like feeling like I knowing I can NEVER have a particular food while I'm on a "diet".
If you think you can or you think you cannot, you're probably right!
I'm here! I'm Lori. I've been doing WW Flex for about 16 months now. I've lost 40 pounds, but I still have about 30 pounds left to lose! The 40 pounds came off pretty fast, and the rest I just haven't worked as hard as I should to lose. But, I'm recommitted now!
I love the flex plan ..well, because of the flexiblity! I like that not foods are "off limits" or forbidden. I can still have whatever I want, within reason, portion controlled, on occasion, etc... And, I don't feel that I've failed by eating a "bad" food.
Cheers!
Lori
