Hello...I posted a message earlier in the week only to realize I posted it in the wrong area.. Well My name is Melissa..I'm from WV..I am married with a beautiful baby girl who is about to turn 2... I just started WW on Wed. I elected to not attend meetings so I purshased the starter kit and I'm going at it solo!!! If I can't shed the pounds that way then I will go to meetings!! There is some questions I have and if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it...
1. Does your daily point carry from day to day? (ex..I use 20 points on Mon..do I get to carry the extra 4 over to Tuesday)
2. How does the 35 "bonus" points work?
I can't wait to become more active in the board... If anyone wants to share what snacks they like I would really like it...I tend to like to snack considering my job consists of sitting on for 6 hours typing on the computer!!! TIA
Melissa

Welcome Melissa! Congrats on starting your journey! This is a great place to hang out! I see your other questions were answered so as for snacks... here are some things I like:
1 pt. english muffin (I use 100 cal. Thomas muffins) spread with one wedge Laughing Cow Cheese. (2pts total)
any fruit
plain yogurt with fruit mixed in
TLC bars (many are only 2 pts.)
Fiber One bar (3 pts, but filling)
Snyder's Oat Bran Pretzels (one serving 2 pts)
frozen yogurt
regular yogurt (I get Old Home 100 calorie... 2 pts. and no artificial sweetner)
cottage cheese (low fat)
There are some ideas for you!
Welcome to the board Melissa..I don't remember if I said Hi in the other thread, but I'm glad to have you here..

Hello Melissa and welcome!!!!
Some snacks that I enjoy are:
triscuits w/salsa
pretzel sticks w/ mustard
raw veggies w/ dip
fruit
cereal w/ skim milk
and of course the 100 calorie packs that are available these days are a HUGE help!
Laughing cow cheese is a spreadable cheese.
