((((CYRISE)))) Your post meant so much to me.. Thank you. I have never been in a situation like this before, and quite honestly it is humbling and scary. We have always been able to afford nice things and not count pennies:) Also, we have worked so hard to have perfect credit. It is very scary to not know when your next dollar is coming. I just don't want to lose my credit. We had to go into debt getting him going, and going off of a regular income. Anyway, we will be FINE right when the house sells. Our equity will cover ALL of our debt and put money in the bank.
Quite honestly, we don't know exactly where we are going! Probably to one of our mom's houses (about 3 minutes away)for a few months, they both have room. We really need to try to wait until the one year mark on his job until we purchase, so we can do a stated income loan.. AHHHH, this is all so stressfull all at once. I am so thankful that we have a very loving and supportive family. We have never had to ask for help until now, and let me tell you... It is so hard! But, very good too, because it has given me more compassion for those having hard times. I pray each and every day also, knowing that God says he does not give us more than we can handle. You are so right about counting my blessings! I have my family, and our health:) Sometimes in life we have to take a step back to get ahead:) I know we will be fine, but it is SO hard right now. I will say though, every time we have needed something, He always has provided for us.
OH, I forgot to tell you that I am in Washington State:) We have had several people look at our home, which is beautiful, and I am going to miss so so much! But... No offers yet. The market here is so flooded with homes right now. I am praying for a buyer soon!
