Welcome Shanny!

I think that the key for you is going to be to remember that one off meal, snack, or day does not mean that you have to go completely off program for months. ;)

Its not like I said hey I need to stop I was actually doing really good I only gained back 3 pounds in that 3 months but then I think I thought I could just continue that way and its not working...I did the first almost 30 pounds with no exercise but now I think I need to start because just watching what I am eating is not working...one week I will lose 2 next I will gain 4 and so on and so forth but anyway I just need the motivation to get on that treadmill...what is a good amount of time to be on it because I have one of those balls and I lift 5 pound weights too so should I do the treadmill first and then my ball workout or my ball workout and then the treadmill...by the way I had to argue with my boyfriend to get it back so I guess thats motivation (we moved into a smaller place and didnt really have room for it so I made room lol) because if I dont use it he will probably make me take it back to my rents house and I dont want to do that...his big argument was that we have a gym here at the apartments but it doesnt open up till 12!!! and I was like thats half my day gone I could have already used the treadmill and be on my way right?? right lol anyway thanks for listening talk to you later! Welcome to the board! As far as motivation for the treadmill... Well, I've become a treadmill-aholic in the last few months. LOL I just recently changed my workout from an hour to 1 1/2 hrs on the treadmill, but I would say to start with maybe 20-30 minutes and see how you feel. One major motivation for me is when those endorphins kick in (for me, about 45 mins into my workout) but also the sense of accomplishment I feel after my workout. My leader always says, "You'll never leave the gym and regret you just worked out." LOL...so true, and simple, but it reminds me that even when I don't feel like it at that moment, that after (and even during) my workout I'll feel tons better and more accomplished.
