Hi Marilyn, I truly am sorry for your loss..it must be a very very hard thing to go through...it 'sounds' like you're ready to do this though..hang in there...I know you can do this!
Welcome to the board. I am so very very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you have and are going through. You are right in knowing you need to be there for your family and those grandkids. As horrible as the situation is, take it and turn it into something productive and positive. You have to live for yourself and your family and if losing weight helps you do that then you have to do it. Use it as somewhere to channel your energy and pain. When you feel sad, turn it into a workout. Don't get me wrong I know that you need to grieve and feel the emotions you are feeling in order to begin to move forward but shifting the focus will help.
You know that WW works and you have the willpower and motivation it sounds like. Now we can be here to support you. Please lean on all of us, we all help each other through this journey.
((HUGS)) and no matter what you think, you are a strong woman to endure what you have gone through.
Welcome back to the WW bandwagon. This is a great site and everyone on here is supportive. It's like haveing a WW's leader 24/7.
Sounds like life has thrown you a few "bad curves" lately. Congratulations on realizing that you have to do something for yourself to be around for those wonderful grandkids. We are all here to help you with the weight issue.
Post often and any questions you have; just ask away.
