Hi, Ruth:

You know, I haven't read any of her books either. I own Nineteen Minutes, but I still haven't cracked it open. Good to hear she's worth a look!

I've read a couple, just finished Handle With Care.

Yes some are good but tissues required. I'm taking a break from books that make me cry. lol

ruth,

the only picoult books i remember reading were the pact and nineteen minutes. i can't say that i really enjoyed either one, but they were both thought provoking. will i read another? i really can't say, she is not one of my go to authors. but there may come a time when i will pick one up again.

IMHO you are not missing much.

Jodi Picoult hits some pretty freaky topics, but I think that is her downfall....too freaky, to "out there" and unrealistic.

I do want to see the movie My Sister's Keeper though.
