No saving this one!

Just thought I would get some input since everyone here is so good at getting adivise. My BF (soon to be EBF) stole my credit card last night and took his ex GF out to dinner ON MY DIME!!!!!!! I found the credit card falling out of his jeans this a.m. and asked him about it and he said he found on the floor board of the car and brought it into me. I let it go,but when I got to work I called my credit card co. and sure enough there was a charge on there! He had told me he was going to meet a friend of his- whatever! His cell phone is on my bill and I can check who was called and has called and her phone number was the ONLY one on there at the time he got a call and acted like it was his friend. SOO, living in a small town I was able to call the resturant and ask them if my card had been used there, sure enough! 2 entrees' 2 margaritas, a beer and a dessert were ordered. He signed HIS name to the MY credit card receipt. I am now at work, and he is suppose to be coming to pick me up since my car is the only one we have. Which I now know he is using me for since he doesn't have a vehicle. He has just been using me to get by until he can get a vehicle on his own and leave me. Also, he stole the credit card thinking that I wouldn't get it for 30 days and he would be gone by then anyway. Well now he is going to have the law to deal w/ for theft and fraud. And ME to deal w/ when we get home. My plan is to ask him very calmly (I have a HUGE temper) but I know I have to keep cool, I am going to ask him if there is anything that he needs to tell me- to see if anything else besides this lie will come out. And it will go from there depending on what he says. He will be getting his things from my house tonite, or not at all, and if he has to walk, so be it, not my problem. I just think I cared about him so much, I was blind- what doesn't kill me, will only make me stronger. Any comments?

Hugs!!!
That's about all I can say. I would definitely complain to the credit card ppl, and even the restaurant for NOT checking if the sig's matched, OR ID. I mean, he signed HIS name on YOUR credit card (I'm assuming had your name on it). I'd then ask the restaurant for the receipt. Or ask the cc's. then start suing. Okay, maybe not, seeing as how the item probably isn't large enough for that.
Wow. All I can say is, that sucks. Be strong, and wahtever you do, dump him for sure, regardless his answers, cuz my gawd, to steal a CC and use it, that's worse than ID theft in my book, cuz they blatantly took it and signed something illegally mind you.
Good luck, and you're right, there is no saving this one.
Hugs.
