There is a couple that live upstairs from me. The guy works day time and his girl works the 3rd shift and on the weekend. I am so upset at the whole situation. First of all, when she is not around he has guys come over to smoke and do drugs and calls over girls to hang out with them. I am ok with the friendships but I have seen girls staying over at his apartment during the nights and i see them leaving the next morning before his girl come back. I have seen like 2-4 women come visit him during the day...like extremely overdressed (looks like they dress up as if they were going to be going out to the clubs or something). Etc. I've also noticed that he acts cool around everyone, like nothing is wrong.

I feel like she is not being respected and is blind to what's going on.

The thing is...i dont know them or speak to them but the situation is so obvious...what can i do to drop a hint at the chick to help her out or what shoujld i do?> should i just stand back?

Remember, i dont want any jkind of trouble.

I'd be very cool to rat this scumbag out, but it's not your business or place to do so. If the GF is in the dark about this whole scenario it's very unfortunate, but since you don't talk to them or even know them but from the distance of your main floor apartment it's best if you look the other way. It's possible that if you tell the girl that she may think that it's you who is trying to get her man. Good people trying to do the right thing often fall into trouble due to the circumstances. The guy is a dirt bag for sure. Once thing you could do is to call the police on him when he's doing drugs and such. Ask to remain annonymous. At least he'll be taken to jail for the illegal thing he's doing. Be careful if you decide to do the latter, as drugs and illicit behavior bring bad people around.
