Did the right thing, BUT...

Hi eveyone. Thanks for explaining the how's and why's of the support you give others. I understand things better now. I had come to this board in search of some kind of confirmation that I could go ahead and give in to temptation. No one here offered that. Instead I received honest advice, about looking at the consequences of what an EMA would give me. You gave me a push in the right direction, after making me face the looking glass, and I truly thank you all.

But doing the right thing, Lord knows, is not that easy. The young man I'm attracted to happened to be coming home for a brief Spring Break. His father brought him from the airport to our office-I had no idea he would come there today. I acted very normal, whatever that is, not even getting up from my desk to give him a hug and kiss, which I normally would have loved doing. So he chats with my husband a bit, then me and another co-worker. I'm getting ready to leave the office, when my husband comments that my neck is extremely red. This is something that happens whenever I'm angry, upset or just very emotional. I told my husband it was probably because of what a stressful day it had been-and laughed it off. But I think he realized that our young friend may have caused it.

This kills me. I've done NOTHING. I've felt an attraction, and up to now, have not given in to it. But my body seems to be damning me anyway. I can't control how my body reacts! I wish I wasn't attracted to this OM.

Hi wants,

Good for you hon! I'm sure that you will continue to struggle with it for sometime... unfortunately that's the way it is.

As for you body... so what! you had an attraction... it happens to all of us... at least if you're questioned you can honestly say that... nothing is going on!

Good luck to you... I hope that you continue to be strong and keep that willpower... but either way... we'll be here to support you through.

luv and hugs

Your HUSBAND sounds like he is very alert and aware of your state of being, stay strong It do not sound like you could get away with much with out being detected.
