Excuse me while I pout...

Hello All,

So a couple of weeks back AP and I had a scare where a good friend of ours found something incriminating for him but not me. Well it has pretty much blown over, but in the meantime MM and I have been so close. It’s like we both were so afraid we would be found out, and it have made us closer than ever. For those of you who don’t know me, we are both M and have no plans on leaving our marriages.

This month has been crazy, I have been traveling extensively for work and then AP had to have a repair surgery this week. We haven’t spoke for so many days now and I miss him desperately. I wish I could talk to him, let him know I am thinking of him. I know how much pain he must be in from this surgery, it pains me to think about it. We have e-mailed a couple of times, but I am very careful of what I say just in case our communication is intercepted.

So anyway, I guess I just needed to pout a little…

Hey Kitten -

Well, I won't remind you how lucky you are that after a potential D-day you are closer and not further apart - as happens to many folks - cause I'm pretty sure you already know that!!

I would pout, too. Not the "why-is-the-world-against-me" pout that is full of way too much drama and self-pity. But the "dang-i-just-miss-him" pout.

my communication with MM is down to the same parameters, and i do pout sometimes. But only for a moment and only to myself. Then i remember my trust in him, how he has always come through - and I stop to look forward to the "next time".

I understand this completely. My AP has to travel frequently for his job and I know it is his job, but I miss him. Luckily we can talk on the phone a lot.

Exactly!!! My pouting was mostly that I just missed him and felt bad knowing that he can't stand sitting still and he was forced to stay in bed to rest for a week.

Yesterday, to my delight I did get a call from dear AP. He was so happy to be at work and even happier to be talking to me! He still have many weeks recovery, but well on his way!

So, I believe I am officially done pouting for the time being!
