Crazy couple of weeks!

Hey all! Haven't been here in a few weeks, things have been hectic. Last time I posted, I was about to hop on a plane for the first time in 10 years and fly down to see AP. So, thought I would give an update.

Flight went great, wasn't nearly as nervous as I thought I would be. AP picks me up at the airport, and we stop to get some food and a couple of drinks. Well, this place is very crowded and loud, so after five minutes of screaming across the table to each other, he comes to sit next to me. Maybe it's because I know we have less then 18 hours together, maybe it's because I haven't seen him in almost a month, but immediately, my hand starts rubbing his leg, working my way up. And he is just grinning at me, and there is some kissing, and more grinning. And after a few minutes of this, we mutually agree that if we don't get out of there, QUICKLY, there is a good chance we will be arrested, because he is probably going to take me right there on the table. And I am probably going to let him.

So, it's off to the hotel. We went to our room, and we did not leave that room until we (reluctantly) checked out the next morning so I could catch my flight home. It was awesome, he was awesome, and the sex was, without a doubt, awesome. And while we had a lot (a LOT) of sex, we also had the chance to just talk. I had forgotten how much I actually like the guy! He is intelligent, he has a great sense of humor, he is insightful, kind, and, in general, someone that I look forward to getting to know better!

But it gets better! The next week, he was back in my city on business, so we got to spend two nights together! Again, awesome! The only downfall was that the second night, we had a bit of an "incident". I'm not 100 percent sure how it happened, but during some, ahem, rather frantic sex, I fell off a dresser. And broke a rib.

Yea, that's pretty embarrassing. Of course, at the time I didn't realize it was broken. I didn't figure it out until several days later, when I went to see the Dr. Actually, he said that I probably fractured it when I fell off the dresser, (yes, I told him the truth about how it happened-I don't like lying to my doc, and besides, I had to tell someone!) and over the next few days, I might have coughed hard, sneezed hard, or laughed hard, and snapped it all the way through. And, because my allergies have been very very active, I'm pretty sure I did all three of those things, quite possibly all at the same time!

So, I took a couple of days off work, and of course AP feels horrible (but he probably feels pretty d*mn studly at the same time), and I still need a pain pill every now and again, but other than that, I'm good! No, better than good!

AP and I are trying to figure out when in March we can get together. If we can't work it out, it will be April or even May before we see each other again, so keep your fingers crossed!

So, that's my update. Things are still going great with AP, I am enjoying what little time I get to spend with him, and my infrequent trips to A Land are a blast, but I don't live there!

I guess what I'm saying is, I think I have found a pretty good balance in this A. I truly feel for those of you who are not enjoying the ride. I understand that when emotions get involved, it changes everything. And you can't always pick who you love, I get that. But I am not in love. Do I genuinely like and care for AP? Yes. I wouldn't be sleeping with him if I didn't. Is my heart going to break if this ends tomorrow? No. And this works for me.

In conclusion, I hope that everyone is having a great week, but more importantly, I hope that everyone is getting what they need out of their A's. And if you aren't? Well, then I guess the only question is......What are you still doing in the A?

Peace and Love, guys!

Hey Atta, it's great to hear a happy A story on here. Too bad about the rib but lol on the dresser. Never did that myself (tho coffee table has gotten workout a time or 2). Once during first A we were in hotel bed, the kind with headboard fastened to wall, and I was on top holding headboard and it came off and almost squashed AP... we laughed so hard
