tell us what you are reading this last week in july.
i am reading "blue skies" by catherine anderson.
I'm reading Murder in the Palais Royal, the 10th book in the Aimee Leduc detective series. I'm finally caught up with that one! Now I just have to wait for the next book to come out, which apparently happens next winter.
Since I get most of my books from the library, I have no choice but to return them :-D However, the books that I own I usually keep. I've been trying to hoard less and give away the ones that I don't really like, but it's hard. I don't want any books to end up in the trash can.
I might finish Saving CeeCee Honeycutt by beth Hoffman today. It's a sit outside kind of day even though I should be house cleaning. Up next is Nefertiti by Michelle Moran.
I keep some favorite books and the others I take to a used bookstore. I can leave a credit there and use it against the books that I buy. Not that I usually have a credit for long. If it's a book that they don't want, I take it across the street to the library and put it on the shelf of books that can be purchased.
If I liked the book, I keep it.
I should fininsh Dean Koontz's Frankenstein book 3: Dead and Alive today and then I'm going to start on the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris with Dead until Dark.
I usually keep most of the books that I buy unless I don't like them...then I sell them.
today i am going to start "baby love" by catherine anderson. i am so not reading this series in order, lol.
Finished Holly Blues by Susan Wittig Albert and The Storm Chasers by Jenna Blum.
Reading The Appeal by John Grisham which so far seems to be a good read though making me think about the system for big lawsuits against big companies.
Take care. God bless u & yours,
