I am brand new to this site. Short version is that I found a credit statement today telling me my husband of nearly four years, (we had lived together for nine, separated because he wanted space, so I took a job overseas for a year and he wanted to marry me as soon as I left, LOL) belongs to match.com.

Unfortunately you can't do much with the laptop since it doesn't belong to him and he probably is required to keep a password on it
Here's what you should ask your husband to do (in your company):
-Call Match.com, have them clear up the charges for an account and unsubscribe him. If he didn't sign up for it himself, that is fraud, and he'll have no trouble getting the charges removed.
-Same for the diamond store, ask them to credit his account ASAP
-Attend counseling with you, no excuses
You're a smart woman, and it's very obvious that he's cheating on you. A phrase that may help back him into a corner: "I love you, but look at things from my perspective. If you had seen all of these things, you would be foolish to ignore them. It would be an insult to my intelligence if I didn't think anything of it. I just want to make sure for my own sanity, because I want to trust you and am open to being proven wrong."
thanks for the response,
I did already tell him he needs to prove me wrong.
Welcome to the board chemac612,
Have you seen the credit receipt?
Thanks for the response,
He said he would bring it home but we will see.
