I posted a question about women friends last 12/31/08
In summary. i was dating this guy for 2 years on an doff , had several disagreements due to him and his ex wife maintaining what he claims was "friends". She called him last new years eve and stayed there for cooking lesson.. "nothing happen"
I guess i was very nice to him gave him the benefit of the doubt and talked with him and we agreed that we will start over , talked and agreed about boundaries,
Well this week , he told me she called again and asked that she wants to start dating and he said yes. They went away for the long weekend and in meantime... i am suffering. He told me he will let me know if he will be honest with me and tell me the outcome of the weekend trip. i told him don't bother..I wish I listened to my head rather than my heart.

why do you want a man who would choose you second over an ex?

I think he is being very unfair to you and inconsiderate towards your feelings.

I remember you. As I said his behavior was inappropriate on NYE and I think if you were honest with yourself the fact that you weren't invited to join them coupled with his frequent visits to see her probably should have had you saying "I should have seen this coming." Not much you can do now except find someone who has no close connection with an ex. I feel bad for you and wish I had more advice for you than this. Take care of yourself and try to go out with friends and have fun.

Here's your previous post for others to catch up on your situation: women friends?

So he thinks 'dating' her and going for a long weekend with her would be ok with you?
