You're supposed to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, right? Tough some days, but I can achieve it sometimes.
Now they're saying we should try for 7 servings a day for women and 9 servings for men. Even the government's website, http://www.5aday.gov, say 5 servings isn't what you should aim for. 7 to 9. It's like they keep raising the bar to make it harder for us.
