I would like to be taken to a party with live music with a wide variety of people.. ranging from artists and musicians to blue collar workers to CEOs to housewives to college students to techno geeks to ... well you get the idea. The place will have good food and a great host/hostess who will mingle and introduce me to these people. Perhaps there will be a group "activity" such as Twister or karaoke...LOL.
I'd want to do something out of character for me. Like, driving to our local gambling towns in the mountains for a night of Black Jack or something. Anything I'd never think to do on my own. (Assuming the person in charge doesn't force me to do something outside my personal values).
I think your ideas sound lovely! For the first "kidnapping," I think the safer the better. I'm a pretty tame person, and while I'd be flattered to be taken out on a whim, I wouldn't want it to be too overwhelming. I'd like something simple, even just homemade margaritas or whatever, with the chance to get to know everyone a little better. Maybe I'm a little fuddy duddy (ok, I am), but I'd prefer a crazier adventure with someone I knew well, and where I knew we would both like the particular adventure. I'd say a cookie dinner or walk in wildflowers would be pretty safe bets, and still something out of the ordinary. Have fun - what a nice co-worker and friend you are!

That sounds like fun.
That was more of a fantasy... I don't have friends who would be so spontaneous or as creative...
