The first pair was a pair of red patent peep-toed pumps (I'm not sure if that's the right term for them).

I would buy the first pair. The point is not about feeling comfortable. It's about looking good. And nothing good comes easy.

I love heels and have trained my feet to largely ignore the pain, so I would definitely go with the red pumps! Of course, I would also line up a foot massage or two occasionally! :)

Aren't you on your feet all day? Splurge. Buy both and a pair of those gel inserts for the pumps. That way if the pumps make your feet sore, you have the comfy ones as back up.

Buy both. A woman can never have too many shoes.

Never thought about the smoosh factor. That's just as bad as the balls of your feet going numb! Wouldn't the injections increase the smooshed toes in the same way?

Buy the slippers. Who cares what the superintendent thinks? Good teachers can't be good teachers if their feet hurt.

Oh would you? Is there something we don't know about you??? jk :)

I'd buy the first pair, but I have a fetish for cute shoes, especially pumps. I swear they're comfortable if you wear them enough. :)

I don't know if I just pride myself on having cute feet but I see some women's feet that have bunions and sores and stuff from wearing those tight painful shoes and I think - naw, I'll take my cute feet, thanks!

I'd buy the comfy! :)
