I got out on my own this past Sunday, for the first time in a long time. I was so tempted to stay in bed all day and sleep and do nothing. I also was feeling funny about going somewhere alone. But I made myself go and I was glad I did!

I do most things alone, so I have to find ways to keep myself entertained.

For years I traveled the State for work, alone. (-: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, shows, movies, shopping . . . you name it. Alone was pretty much my only option in a strange hotel that I chose at random at the end of a day of driving. Pretty random life.

Since I came off the road earlier this year I do alone at home, and company out. (-: I do think it surprises some people just how easy it is to make a night out alone into a pretty good time if you are friendly, open and receptive to meeting new people and just sharing some laughs someplace. (-:

Hey,

It's great to know that you had an awesome time! In fact, I do many things alone as well. I live in a big city, so everyone is always very busy. Getting out there and doing things that you enjoy, is very important. I usually go alone shopping, dancing lessons, and gym. Sometimes, I just like to take walks around the city when it's nice out. Once in a while, I go dancing by myself, but I always know that some of my friends will be there, so it's not exactly alone. I also noticed when you do things on your own, you really get to learn more about yourself. It's a great time to reflect and just think. Great job!

Well I am very used to doing things on my own. I have a SOHO and I live alone. I travel (personal and biz) alone from time to time and I do yoga alone all the time

No, I don't go to a lot of places by myself.

I probably love my own company more than I do being with anyone else which makes me wonder if marriage and kids really is for me one day.

I do most things alone and love it. I've been to concerts alone, festivals alone, movies you name it. I have to have my alone time. I am my best company.

I don't think there is anything wrong w/going out and doing things on your own. It's one of the perks of being single; going out and being your own person. I've done it for several years and I like being able to come and go as I please wo/someone giving me 20 questions and everything else. You can move at your own pace, go to your own places whether it be to the grocery store or running errands and what have you.
