I am the type that can separate the "manager" from the "woman". What he might be worried about is the fact you work together in general. Lets face it, he crosses the line with the wrong girl however polite and he is still being scolded by HR about work being work and not a social club and your right to not be "harassed" or "perused" at work. . . So he may be hesitant. I have seen people fired for some silly stuff. Experiences people have had, company polices, how important the job is to you . .. a lot of things can effect how much a person considers this stuff. I very rarely mix business and personal relationships, experience tells me when those things go south it is hard to not have work be affected. Just "context" .. . (-:


To Me . .. if he is going out of his way to walk by your office to talk to you he clearly has "some" interest he wants to explore. (-: Don't assume too much, just the simple word . ."interest". -: Sometimes at work you have to be kind of
