It takes a lot to get me angry, so I wouldn't say I'm angry, but I'm certainly ticked off at the moment.
First of all, I came home and logged into a bank account I use only for managing my rental property (my dad's house).

Oh wow!

My cell phone company hasn't been too bad, although I haven't had to deal with anyone since Cingular changed to AT&T.
Yay!

Just be really careful if you try to break a contract with them.
I used to have a phone w/Sprint and had continuous headaches w/them. I detest Sprint! They were always getting my bill wrong, overcharging me, their customer service was the pits. When I used to have them as my cell phone carrier, I wanted out of my contract, but of course, if you break your contract, they penalize you and charge you out the ying yang. So I bit my tounge and waited out the contract. Once it was over, I cancelled my account and went with Cingular/ATT and never had a problem in the past ten years.
And I have noticed that w/a lot of companies, when you call the tollfree number, like Dell for example, it's all outsourced! Hooray for outsourcing! *sigh* I just want to talk to a live voice who speaks & understands English. I spend more time w/an automated system. :-(
Oh yes, gotta love outsourcing.
You know what is absolutely ironically funny to me?
I checked the boards yesterday and that VERY bank has an advertisement at the top for "totally free checking."
My current bank has free checking, too.
