not divorced yet. Those of you who are How do you deal with reoccuring hurt on a daily basis. Becoming a stronger person I would think helps the most increasing physical and emotional health. But are you just able to control your emotions more or have less time for the hurt? I got up to go to the bathroom during the night. I had been sleeping well. Got back in bed and started to cry. I don't know what that trigger was. being alone?? I hate being a reject.
