Hi everyone! I posted here awhile ago asking for assistance with getting a divorce from a military "man" (for lack of a better word, LOL!) and first off I'd like to thank those that responded! I did read the responses, things have just been so hectic I haven't had time to post again!

My question is, I'd like to go after this bum for abandonment and hopefully to collect the money he owes me, but I don't know where to start? I don't even know where he's stationed anymore, he was supposed to be in Japan then I heard the Phillipines, so I have no clue what to do since I can't call the commander of a squadron I dont know about! Any advice is more than welcome :)

I would contact the JAG office in your state. They are the miliary lawyers. They were of great assistance to me even with general questions and advice. If you don't know how to get in touch with the Judge Advocate Generals in your area, just contact the closest armory or recruiting office and they can help you. Best of luck.

If you want to kill a fly with a cannon, BUT get everyone's attention, write his congressman, or your congressman. That is overkill, but it definately would get attention.
