to get a response from my ex husband!
Holy cow, I am so nice I sicken myself..lol! I am only "allowed" to contact him via email so I send him an email yesterday asking if he still plans on taking the kids tonight ( so I can have them ready by 6 and because he

I like firstamendment's suggestion of ASKING him if he'd "like" to watch them.

Yeah I like first's ideas too.... I have tried all the avenues.... nothing works, although today I sent him an email that said What do I have to do to get you to respond? Sheesh! lol ( I said it just like that word for word ) He finally responded. So, I am rushing around to get the kids ready now. I don't want to disappoint my son so I don't ever tell him he is going until I get confirmation, if I packed and things before I told him he would know and then for sure, my luck, XH would cancel. Ugh!
Anywhooooo, what am I doing to lose weight. Well, I can imagine chronic fatigue is really wreaking havoc on your metabolism. Basically, I drink diet soda ( which for me cut 1200 calories per day from when I used to drink regular pepsi instead of diet coke ) I don't do chips, I don't butter my food or salt my food. I don't eat during the day except a small lunch, I eat until I am satisfied not until I am full, my portion sizes are MUCH smaller, I eat much slower than I used to, oh and I cut sweets. I can still eat what I want, as long as the portion size is normal, not stuff me until I am stuffed sized. I also workout everyday. I do weights, working mostly on my arms. I do about 200 variations of crunches per day among other exercises using the balance ball. It DEFINITELY made a difference on my belly already. I just started this particular routine 2 weeks ago. I have 2 babies birthdays 12/7 and 12/11, one year apart. My body went through hell. So my belly has the "ledge" that mommies get. I have noticed in 2 weeks since stepping up my workout, that I have lost atleast 1 inch from my belly. Tightening up :)
I hope you feel better soon :)
Hugs,
Angelena

I have a really hard time motivating myself at home. I go to a gym that has great classes, all kind of varieties and lots of fun. I can usually motivate myself to show up at the gym on the right day at the right time, and then let the instructor motivate me the rest of the way (not wanting to wimp out in front of the other women helps).
