Hi, I'd like to know if anyone has ever tried to revoke their ex's visitation after the divorce? We have had the standard agreement of every other wknd and 2 wks in summer and it's worked out fine until lately. Today when I picked them up my 5 year old told me that her dad and his new g/f were having sex in front of the children while my 11 month old was left unattended in the living room of the house. Also this wknd one of her children shot my 8 yr old in the ankle with a BB gun while their dad and his g/f were in the house napping. Again the baby was left alone in the house. I'm going to contact child services and my lawyer tomorrow but I'd love to hear any advice or if anyone has ever attempted to do this. Thanks Eve

If you haven't already, you need to document what happened this weekend. Write exactly what your 5 year old has told you. I'm not sure what state you are in but in Michigan Child Protective Services have an emergency number that is available 24/7. I would have called them today. You are doing the right thing calling them and your attorney tomarrow. I wish you luck.

OMG, I've never been there, but IMHO you have more than sufficient grounds to pursue this. At minimum can you ask for supervised visitation?

That sounds horrible! I'll keep my fingers crossed that he will be relieved to be relieved of the responsibility and won't fight you.
